PROBLEM

On the data of Novosibirsk regional committee of state statistics (Statistical collection, 1999.): Disability of the population of Novosibirsk region Of last years on increase of a share of Peoples With Disabilities. For last 5 years about 90 000 persons become the Disabled Persons. In most cases Disabled Persons of Novosibirsk appear switched off from life of company by virtue of the limited possibilities of their participation in public life dictated by conditions of an environment and company

Project "ADVOCACY" - "Disabilities Rights Advocates Service of NOVOSIBIRSK and region" is of practical realization of the rights of the Disabled Persons. Disability Right Advocacy for Disabled Persons of NOVOSIBIRSK and region (protection of choice right, right to education, right to labor, housing accommodation, participation in political, economic and social processes in Russia, legal assistance in integration and adaptation of the Disabled in community life, free assistance and consulting to Disabled and their families) The project requires engaging modern professional legal and technical resources in interests of the Disabled Persons of Novosibirsk and region

Uniqueness

The uniqueness of the offered project is, that specialized Disabilities Rights Advocates Service in Novosibirsk and region does not exist

The purpose:

Increase quality of life of the Disabled Persons of NOVOSIBIRSK and region by maintenance of legal protection)

COMMUNITY TO BE SERVED:

Disabled Persons, Women and Children, suffered from military operations, extreme situations, mutilation owing to violent actions, Children with Disabilities living in families.

• NGO and Programs to Help: Groups and associations on rendering assistance and support to children with disabilities Centers of family consultation of the Disabled Persons (family in a crisis situation); The asylum / rehabilitation programs for children, sufferers of the cruel reference and violence; The asylums for the mothers with children, sufferers of family violence; The programs on integration of children with the special needs in the society; The programs on protection of the children with disabilities rights The programs on improvement of the legislative acts concerning children with disabilities and their families

Methods Strategic basis of fulfillment of the project is the introduction computer, network and Internet technologies for successful activity of a team of the lawyers of Disability Right Advocacy for Disabled Persons of NOVOSIBIRSK and region

RATING of EFFICIENCY of the PROJECT The total efficiency of the project is planned in total of the subscribers and addressed for consultation till the Internet at a rate of 8000 subscribers
