Diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of the citizens of Novosibirsk with limited opportunities of access to primary medical aid, using modern simple and highly effective treatment methods.

Necessity of the project (problem):

The circumscribed possibilities of visiting the medical establishments for the specified groups of the population consist in the following:

Presence of impellent disorders and other upsets of vital activity which are barriers in moving on long distance

Limited financial resources which are not allowing to use modern highly technological methods of diagnostics and prevention of diseases

Low social status and absence of the medical insurance policy Lack of the legal rights knowledge about medical service

Personal or family psychological problems which hinder assistance in public medical establishments

Realization of the project will allow the people with limited opportunities easier to adapt in social conditions, integrate in modern system of public relations and raise quality of life.

Execution of such project by standard medical-diagnostic measures using expensive diagnostic equipment and medicinal therapy appointments in residence places of the persons with limited opportunities relates to series of financial difficulties.

Purpose:

FAST and EFFICIENT diagnostics, prophylaxis and diseases treatment; raise of life quality of the People With Disabilities, using the newest medical technologies.

Objectives:

1. FAST And EFFICIENT computer express - diagnostics of health state of the People With Disabilities of Novosibirsk (up to 1000 persons during first 3 months); non-medicinal method of prophylaxis and treatment by results of express - diagnostics (up to 500 persons during first 3 months);

2. Free-of-charge legal consultations explaining rights of the patients, availability of medical aid, medical services privileges, housing, labor, civil and family law for People With Disabilities of Novosibirsk (up to 150 persons during first 3 months).

Methods

Public Organization Disabled Persons "VOIN" represents the project - "AMBULATORY ON WHEELS". Basic contents consists in the following:

1. Usage of the new unique highly effective diagnostic method, prophylaxis and treatment - method of microwave resonance therapy (MRT).

2. Installation of the specified diagnostic complex in the automobile and medical-diagnostic assistance to the inhabitants of the outlying districts of city and people with disabilities.

3. Lawyers' simultaneous consultations on problems of relation of the patients and doctors, rights of the patients and preferential health services.

The project forms the basis for a mobile primary medical aid network of the population of Novosibirsk.
